If like us flying is your passion, then the Aero Club Malta is the club for you.
The Aero Club Malta was formed on the 1st of May 2006 to fill the void for a serious club to cater for the needs and to satisfy the aspirations of all those persons who practice some form or another of sports connected to aviation. As declared in its Constitution Document (Statut) the Aero Club Malta is a non-profit making organisation whose principal objective is to support all sports aviation activities in Malta and in particular to promote and to provide affordable and safe flying to all its members.
Additionally it encourages prospective members to practice sports aviation activities, including non-powered flying, in full respect of the existing laws and any subsidiary legislation whether of national or EU origin.
The Aero Club Malta has been recognised by the Director of Civil Aviation of Malta and has recently been accredited by the “Federazione Italiana Volo Ultraleggero” (FIVU).
Aero Club Malta is registered with the Kunsill Malti ghall-Isport - http://www.sportmalta.org.mt
